• Bagsmart ships to all 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii.

We will recover shipping to these areas soon.

How much does shipping cost?

Split by shipping destination: U.S. and other regions.

1. Shipping to the U.S.

• Free shipping on orders greater than or equal to $50.

• For orders less than $50, there is a $8 shipping charge.

2. Shipping to other regions.

• There is a $15 shipping charge.

When will I receive my order?

Deliveries are made on business days. (From Monday to Friday), Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.

Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements. Delivery of products will be subject to the Terms of Service provided by the carrier.

Shipping to the U.S.

• Process time: 1-2 business days

• Shipping time: 2-7 business days

 

Shipping to other regions.

• Process time: 1-2 business days

• Shipping time: 7-14 business days

How do I track my order?

• Your tracking number and the name of the courier company will be sent to you via email immediately after we ship your order. You can check the order status by emailing pinkpumservice@gmail.com.  

• If your package is undeliverable, it will be automatically returned to us. Please email pinkpumservice@gmail.com to learn about your redelivery options!

Can I cancel my order?

• From the moment you place your order, it has already entered the processing system. In this situation, please send us a return request after receiving the package. If you need to make any changes to your order, contact us at pinkpumservice@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Do I need to pay duties?

Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. BAGSMART cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.

What should I do if I fill in the wrong address for delivery?

Please contact us at pinkpumservice@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to try to retrieve the items for you.However, for orders that are returned due to incorrect or lost address information, the shipping fee will not be refunded. We are happy to resend the order to you, but there will be an additional shipping fee for sending the items to the correct address.
